REFUND POLICY:

  • You can check your order while the delivery agent is present. Once the agent leaves, returns are no longer available.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY: 

  • If you’d like to exchange your item, we’re happy to help!

    We’ll arrange for our courier to pick up the item from your location.

  • Once we receive it and confirm that it is unworn and in its original condition, we will proceed to send you the replacement item.

    Please note that the exchange process can only begin after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

 

EXCHANGE PROCESS:

  • A handling fee of EGP 150 applies for all exchange requests.
  • Please note that returns are not accepted, only exchanges.
  • Kindly note that choosing between two items upon delivery is not available.
  • For orders above EGP 5,000, a 50% deposit is required in advance to confirm your order.
